Welcome to Space for a Name
I’m Vida Dewey, and this blog is my blank page, my in-between place, and my quiet rebellion against needing to have it all figured out.
I created SpaceForAName.com as a home for the thoughts that don’t quite fit into tidy labels. This is where I write to understand, to feel, to process — and sometimes, just to breathe.
You won’t find polished perfection here.
What you will find is honesty.
Fragments of becoming.
Moments of clarity between all the mess.
This is a space for:
-
Stories I’m still living through
-
Feelings I don’t always have names for
-
Truths that evolve the more I write them down
If you’re in a season of change, healing, questioning, or simply existing without a map — welcome. You’re not alone. I don’t have a big “aha” moment to give you. But I do believe in the power of making space — for growth, for rest, for expression, and for becoming who you’re meant to be (even if you’re not sure yet who that is).
Thanks for being here. I’m grateful you found your way to this corner of the internet.
